New assistant coaches at Baylor, Jenny and Brad Fuller, are a married couple who have been working together in the coaching field. Their collaborative effort began when Jenny got her first head coaching job and needed an assistant.

Brad Fuller filled the role, and they have continued to work together since then. This partnership started in 2016 and has lasted for ten years.
