Flood recovery efforts are ongoing in Waco, particularly for businesses and homeowners affected by a recent rapid downpour. The flooding caused damage to several businesses located around 25th Street and Washington.

A local homeowner, Alisha Laws, is also dealing with the aftermath of the flood, which damaged her nearly 100-year-old home. Unfortunately, her insurance does not cover the damage.
